This stunning goddess mask was handbuilt from clay and then pit fired to give it a lovely smokey gray finish. Incised texture and patterns are highlighted with a pale white rub. Three feathers from a rooster form a headdress. It hangs from a copper wire with spirals on each side of the mask. The eyes are embellished with dark blue beads. This is truly an original piece, perfect for the lover of primitive art or anyone that loves a gift that is truly unique.
